I'm Glenn Hattem, founder of Amplified Fitness Training Programs and the 316 Faith-based challenges. For 30+ years I've mentored executives, athletes, and founders to integrate physical strength, spiritual alignment, and intentional growth. My method is simple and uncompromising: pick a big, hairy, audacious goal, go first, and prove it's possible. Then bring others with you. "I will go first again. This time, set a new world record." In 2025 I ran 103 miles for the Colorado Cancer Foundation. I then completed the Great World Race, seven marathons, seven continents, seven days. My next movement, THE 316, launches March 16th, 2027.
