How we gather
Weekly. Monthly. Seasonal.
The high-level group is here to serve you. You are here to serve the group. You are available to whoever needs you, and someone is available to you. Help moves across the group, not transactional.
Monthly Gatherings
In Denver, condition together, share a meal, and build a lasting brotherhood and sisterhood. Access an incredible network and resources.
Seasonal Experiences
Adventures in beautiful places with people you can't wait to see. Deeper bonds. Serving each other on your own path.
Included for members
THE HNB 90-DAY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE
Your reset. Rebuild your mindset, faith, and daily disciplines through the 10 Principles. Train smarter, eat better, and move forward with a group that won't let you quit.
The company you keep
The people here model what's possible for you. Not just the results, but what's underneath them: the beliefs, the habits, the words, the way you talk to yourself. Stay close and it becomes yours. When you drift, someone pulls you back, and you do the same for them.
“316 gives me a place to grow stronger, stay accountable, and put faith into action.”
“I came for community and found real encouragement, honest conversations, and people who show up.”
“The challenge is personal, but nobody does it alone. We push one another and give that strength away.”
Why 316
The verse behind the movement
“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”John 3:16
A message of unconditional love, sacrifice, hope, and eternal life. It calls us to love people well and use our strength in service of others.
Faith in action
SHOW UP FOR SOMETHING BIGGER
316 turns belief into action. We show up for each other, serve people who need hope and a voice, and help mentor tomorrow’s leaders.
Fighting Cancer
Through the Run for the Cure and the Colorado Cancer Foundation, we support research at Anschutz and help local people with medical expenses. The foundation has served Colorado since 1979. I've been on the board of directors for several years now.
Fighting Human Trafficking
We support both the local and global fight against human trafficking. $236 BILLION and 27.6 Million people per year.
Ready when you are
In a storm. Coming out of one. Or heading toward one. You do not have to face it alone.
Find support, real friendship, and a framework to move from surviving to thriving. You're joining at the beginning, so bring your ideas. What 316 becomes is shaped by the people who show up first.
