316 Community

More Than an Event

You're not meant to do life alone. 316 is a community of people becoming fit, faithful and free, training side by side, sharing meals and stories, and carrying one another through inspiring work. Every gathering is an open door: bring your family, your friends, your questions and your courage. Come as you are, and grow stronger together.

Faith in Action. Fitness With Purpose.

316 MISSION

Our mission is to produce Faith, Fitness and Purpose events that serve our global community. 316 brings people together through fitness, fellowship and extraordinary events for causes bigger than ourselves. We train together, break bread together, and use our collective strength to give voice to those who need one. From local gatherings to global endurance challenges, every 316 event creates connection, inspires action and makes a meaningful impact. I'm on the board of directors for the Colorado Cancer Foundation. For the last two years we've partnered with the "Run For The Cure Race" to raise funds for research at Anschutz and help locals with their medical expenses.

RUNNING FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T

10 ultramarathons. 10 days. 10 time zones.

Beginning 3.16.27

After completing the Great World Race together, 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days, I invited fellow ultra-endurance athletes to run around the world to set a new World Record.

We run this one for the fight against human trafficking, a $286+ billion-a-year crisis affecting millions of people around the world. Every mile is run for someone who cannot run for themselves.

3 friends. 10 ultramarathons. 316 miles.

Why 316

10 ultramarathons. One verse.

10 × 31.6 miles = 316 miles

That is a 50K ultramarathon every day for 10 consecutive days. Together, the route totals 316 miles and reflects the verse that inspired the entire movement: John 3:16.

“For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”

Every mile carries the verse. Every mile stands for a life.

The global route

10 cities. 10 time zones. One mission.

Beginning March 16, 2027, The 316 Endurance Challenge will move through 10 cities around the world. Each destination represents another 31.6 miles, another community reached and another opportunity to carry a message of faith, freedom and hope. Follow the journey.

Help carry the mission around the world

The 316 Endurance Challenge is being created to raise awareness and support in the global fight against human trafficking. Partnerships help fund the travel, equipment, logistics, safety and storytelling required to complete 10 ultramarathons across 10 cities and share the mission with a global audience.

We need to raise $100K to fund logistics, travel, safety and storytelling. Put your organization behind 316 miles of faith, freedom and purpose. Sponsor options start at:
